Senior QA/QC Manager

About the role

CSCEC Middle East is seeking an experienced Senior QA/QC Manager to lead the quality function on a prestigious high‑rise tower project in Dubai. The role involves overseeing all quality assurance and control activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, ISO standards and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan and QA/QC procedures.
• Lead the QA/QC team, conduct site inspections, audits and quality reviews.
• Establish quality KPIs, monitoring systems and reporting mechanisms.
• Review specifications, IFC drawings, method statements, material submittals and Inspection & Test Plans.
• Manage NCRs, corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, laboratories and third‑party inspection agencies.
• Supervise material inspections, testing activities and maintain quality documentation.
• Lead internal audits and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of QA/QC experience on large‑scale construction projects, preferably with main contractors.
• Proven experience in high‑rise/tower and mega‑construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, internal audits and NCR management.
