Senior Quantity Surveyor

About the role

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead all commercial and quantity surveying activities on MEP projects for Al‑Futtaim. You will be responsible for driving cost recovery, managing variations and ensuring accurate final account settlements while maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial and quantity surveying functions on MEP projects from award to final settlement.
• Prepare and submit accurate monthly valuations and applications in line with cash‑flow forecasts.
• Identify, price, submit and track all project variations to maximise revenue recovery.
• Perform cost control, monthly cost‑value reconciliation (CVR) and commercial reporting.
• Administer contracts, issue notices, prepare extensions of time (EOT) and claims.
• Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure compliance with company procedures and governance.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in quantity surveying on MEP projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial governance and contract administration.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate monthly valuations and manage variations.
• Excellent liaison skills with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
