Senior Quantity Surveyor – Roads & Infrastructure (RTA Projects)

About the role

Senior Quantity Surveyor for roads and infrastructure projects, focusing on RTA initiatives in Dubai. The role involves leading surveying activities, managing data, and ensuring accurate measurement and reporting for complex transportation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct surveys to determine locations of natural features and structures using electronic distance‑measuring equipment and other surveying instruments.
• Operate and manage land‑information computer systems, storing data, generating inquiries, plots and reports.
• Review survey team data on distances, angles, elevations and produce accurate maps and reports.
• Research legal records to verify boundary lines and incorporate findings into project documentation.
• Record survey results, verify accuracy and prepare plots, maps and reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of experience in quantity surveying for roads and infrastructure.
• Previous experience with RTA projects; prior RTA approval preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision on routine tasks.
