Senior Recruiter - Arabic Speaking

About the role

AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter with Arabic language proficiency to support a key client account in the Middle East. The role is fully on‑site in Dubai and focuses on delivering end‑to‑end recruitment solutions while providing an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior hiring managers and business leaders to provide consultative recruitment support and market expertise.
• Lead vacancy briefings, define recruitment strategies, and collaborate with sourcing teams to build strong talent pipelines.
• Provide insights on talent availability, market trends, competitor activity, and hiring expectations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Lead complex offer negotiations and support hiring managers in decision‑making.
• Maintain proactive talent pools and use recruitment data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in the Middle East.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and deliver high‑quality hiring solutions.
