Senior Recruiter - Technology

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Technology Recruiter with strong expertise in AI, Digital Transformation and 360° Technology Recruitment. The ideal candidate combines excellent technical sourcing and headhunting skills with strong client management and business development capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle from business development and client requirements through sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation and placement.
• Recruit across AI, Generative AI, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Digital Transformation and emerging technologies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers and technology professionals.
• Conduct market mapping, headhunting and targeted sourcing for niche and senior technology roles.
• Build and manage a strong technology talent pipeline.
• Achieve individual recruitment, placement and business development targets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of technology recruitment experience.
• Strong experience in new business acquisition.
• Proven track record in AI, Digital Transformation and Technology recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive and target driven.
• UAE/GCC recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deliver high‑quality candidates within tight deadlines.
