Senior Red Team Consultant – Google Cloud

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Red Team Consultant to join Mandiant’s offensive security team supporting Google Cloud customers. The role involves planning and executing advanced penetration testing and adversary simulations for large enterprises across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Design and conduct full‑scale Red Team engagements, including external perimeter breaching, command‑and‑control setup, and social‑engineering campaigns.
• Develop and deliver phishing attacks, exploit web and mobile applications, and perform privilege escalation and lateral movement within customer networks.
• Produce detailed technical reports and executive‑level presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with client security operations teams to test detection and response capabilities while remaining undetected.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in at least three areas such as application security, Red Team assessments, EDR evasion, exploit development, cloud security or social engineering.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.

Required skills

• Offensive security techniques: exploit development, payload creation, privilege escalation, lateral movement, EDR evasion.
• Programming and scripting: Python, C#, C/C++, Rust, Nim.
• Cloud platforms: Google Cloud.
• Operating‑system security on Linux and Windows.
• Source‑code review, reverse engineering, network protocol analysis, threat intelligence.
