Senior Relationship Manager – Bancassurance Life

About the role

RAKBANK is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to lead its Bancassurance Life team. You will coach and manage Relationship Officers and Sales Advisors, driving life insurance sales across the bank’s distribution channels while ensuring compliance and excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales targets for life insurance and wealth protection products.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase product penetration and revenue.
• Build and manage a pipeline of customer opportunities, conducting joint sales calls and meetings.
• Strengthen partnerships with Retail, Priority, Wealth and SME Banking teams to generate referrals.
• Collaborate with branch management and stakeholders to enhance customer engagement and sales performance.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity and KPIs, providing coaching and product awareness sessions to frontline teams.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements, bank policies and insurance guidelines.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of sales experience in banking, financial services or insurance.
• 2‑3 years of team‑management experience in Bancassurance or life‑insurance distribution.
• Strong understanding of life‑insurance products, wealth solutions and regulatory frameworks.
