Senior Research Manager – UAE Experience

About the role

Ventures Middle East is seeking a Senior Research Manager to lead market research projects for private‑sector clients in the UAE. The role combines business development, methodological design, and end‑to‑end project delivery to provide actionable insights that drive client decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, prepare sales materials and proposals with a focus on the private sector.
• Select appropriate research methodologies and conduct data analysis to meet client objectives.
• Lead project teams, develop client‑ready deliverables, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Own entire work streams or whole projects, managing scope, schedule, resources and budget.
• Ensure contracts are fully executed, invoices issued on time, and payments received.
• Develop financial and technical proposals for market research studies and formulate actionable recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings, maintain relationships, and ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing research or consulting projects for private‑sector clients.
• Strong business development and client‑facing skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage budgets.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
