Senior Risk Manager

About the role

OKX is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to support the Regional Head of Risk in Dubai. The role will oversee both financial and non‑financial risks across the region, ensuring that risk frameworks, controls and governance align with group standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Head of Risk in monitoring and analysing financial, operational, technology, cyber‑security, market, credit, liquidity and reputational risks.
• Maintain and enhance regional risk frameworks, internal controls and governance documentation.
• Identify, assess and report material risk changes, emerging risks and potential limit breaches.
• Support the execution of risk and control self‑assessments (RCSAs) and track remediation actions and key risk indicators (KRIs).
• Review third‑party and outsourcing risk assessments, update the enterprise risk register and escalate significant findings.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Legal and other functions to embed regulatory and financial‑crime considerations.
• Assist in internal and external audit activities and prepare for regulatory reviews and supervisory engagements.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise risk management, internal audit, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of risk appetite, governance and regulatory expectations in the crypto or financial services sector.
• Proven ability to produce clear risk analyses and recommendations for senior leadership.
