Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer

About the role

KBR is seeking a Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer to join its Sustainable Technology Solutions team. The role focuses on delivering engineering solutions for petrochemical and LNG projects within a PMC environment, supporting KBR’s mission to provide future‑forward, sustainable technology services. The position is based in Abu Dhabi and requires regular travel to international locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead rotating equipment engineering activities throughout FEED and detailed design phases.
• Provide technical expertise for petrochemical and LNG facilities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with PMC teams, support project delivery, and participate in design reviews.
• Coordinate with client and subcontractor engineers, and travel to project sites outside the UAE as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in oil & gas projects.
• At least 5 years of experience on petrochemical and LNG projects.
• Proven experience in FEED and detailed engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory).
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• ADNOC project experience and PMC project experience are advantageous.
