About the role
The Greaser/Oiler will support the maintenance team by applying lubricants and greases to machinery and equipment, ensuring smooth operation and longevity. This position is based in Abu Dhabi and works full‑time on‑site.
Key responsibilities
- Apply appropriate greases and lubricants to moving parts according to maintenance schedules.
- Inspect equipment for signs of wear, leaks or inadequate lubrication.
- Maintain accurate records of lubrication activities and materials used.
- Collaborate with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds to coordinate maintenance tasks.
- Identify potential risks related to lubrication and report them promptly.
Required profile
- Ability to work effectively with personnel from different cultural backgrounds.
- Motivated to inspire and support colleagues in skill development.
- Strong measurement and goal‑achievement orientation.
- Respectful, flexible, and loyal attitude towards team members.
- Effective communication with supervisors, both oral and written.
