Senior Sales Engineer – Enware Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive growth of Enware sanitary‑ware solutions across Dubai and the wider UAE. You will combine technical expertise with consultative selling to win new business and deepen relationships with key customers in plumbing, healthcare, education and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with plumbing merchants, distributors and major clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships, presenting innovative Enware solutions to existing and prospective customers.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to design tailored solutions that meet customer specifications.
• Organise and deliver product demonstrations, training sessions and technical workshops.
• Attend industry events, monitor market trends and report on competitor activities.
• Coordinate deliveries, handle technical service requests and act as the primary regional support contact.
• Perform any additional tasks required to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sanitary‑ware sales experience in the UAE (GCC experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Design, Manufacturing or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑focused environment.
