Senior Sales Engineer – Sanitary Ware Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to drive growth of our Enware sanitary‑ware portfolio across Dubai and the wider UAE. You will combine technical expertise with consultative selling to create value for plumbing merchants, distributors and key institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with plumbing merchants, distributors and key clients in healthcare, aged‑care, education and industrial markets.
• Build strong relationships and introduce innovative sanitary‑ware solutions to existing and new customers.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Organise and deliver client training sessions and product demonstrations.
• Attend industry events, monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate deliveries, handle technical service requests and act as the primary regional support contact.
• Undertake additional tasks as required to support the sales function.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sanitary‑ware sales experience in the UAE (GCC experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, or a related discipline.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing project opportunities.

• Ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
