Senior Sales Executive – Industrial Machinery

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive in Dubai will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships across relevant industrial sectors in the UAE. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and providing expert advice on machinery and consumable products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key clients in the metal, fabrication, engineering, heavy industries, oil & gas, and tube & pipe sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities and target potential customers through market research and direct engagement.
• Conduct product presentations and machinery demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, purchasing, and finance, to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Track sales performance against targets and implement strategies to exceed them.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging market opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience selling to the metal industry, including fabrication, engineering, heavy industries, oil & gas, and tube & pipe sectors.
• Proven ability to sell to end‑user departments rather than just purchasing teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Experience in selling industrial machinery and consumables is a strong advantage.
