Senior Sales Executive

About the role

B.F. Pack, a leading supplier of industrial strapping and packaging materials, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive. The role focuses on expanding B2B business across metal‑related sectors, managing key accounts, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities in manufacturing, fabrication, heavy industry, oil & gas, and pipe sectors.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships through regular visits and professional account management.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Understand customer manufacturing processes and propose appropriate technical solutions.
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and service teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Produce sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and weekly activity updates.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing strategies.
• Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and outstanding payments as needed.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and technical presentations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions and opportunities.

Required profile

• Valid driving licence.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience targeting the metal industry (fabrication, engineering, heavy industry, oil & gas, tube & pipe, iron/steel).
• Proven ability in market research and identifying business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and capable of working independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering field.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
