Senior Sales Executive

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive will lead sales growth for the Sports Department, focusing on summer and outdoor product categories. The role involves building strong relationships with sports specialty retailers and distributors across the UAE, while driving revenue and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
• Lead sales negotiations and close commercial agreements to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Execute sales strategies to increase market share and strengthen brand presence.
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
• Calculate product margins and recommend competitive pricing.
• Monitor sales performance, customer demand and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, product availability and customer satisfaction.
• Support merchandising initiatives to improve product visibility and in‑store execution.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, trade events and industry exhibitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in sports or outdoor goods sales, preferably in specialty retail or brand distribution.
• Proven track record in sales negotiations, account management and business development.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and merchandising principles.
• Experience with water or winter sports categories is an advantage.
