Senior Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead business growth for our furniture manufacturing operations in Sharjah. The role focuses on project‑based sales, building long‑term relationships with consultants, contractors, developers and corporate clients across the UAE fit‑out market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Generate new business through consultants, architects, contractors, developers and corporate clients.
• Manage B2B and project sales for custom furniture, joinery works and factory‑manufactured products.
• Prepare quotations in coordination with estimation, QS and production teams.
• Follow up leads and tenders through to closure, including client presentations, factory visits and product demos.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with design, production and installation teams for timely delivery.
• Attend site meetings, ensure proper documentation and support marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5–8 years of experience in furniture manufacturing, joinery or interior fit‑out sales in the UAE.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong network with consultants, contractors and developers.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Good understanding of BOQs and project cycles.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
