Senior Sales Executive

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive will drive new business acquisition for Right Way Accounting & Bookkeeping, focusing on accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, tax, audit and related professional services. You will work closely with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that align with our service portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, referrals and direct sales.
• Generate, qualify and manage leads throughout the sales cycle.
• Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements and present suitable services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and negotiate terms with prospects.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and accurate records of client interactions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and potential opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
• Support junior sales team members by sharing strategies and market knowledge.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development or a similar role.
• UAE sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, tax, audit or professional services is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Target‑oriented, confident, proactive and self‑motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
