Senior Sales Executive - Printing

About the role

Our client is looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to lead growth in the Printing & Packaging sector in Dubai. The role focuses on acquiring new business, managing key accounts and delivering on sales targets within the digital and offset printing market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the printing and packaging market.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing key customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers, and negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
• Forecast sales, manage the pipeline and produce regular CRM reports.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
• Consistently achieve individual sales targets while handling multiple accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in printing, packaging, labeling or commercial/digital printing is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of printing processes, packaging materials and branding solutions.
