About the role
The Senior Sales Manager joins the Sales Operations and Market Strategy & Planning family at Procter & Gamble in Dubai. The role supports sales teams in achieving volume, share and productivity targets by delivering market insights and driving strategy execution.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to and execute sales and market strategies across the organization.
- Identify and lead development of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services or products.
- Collaborate effectively within the team and broader domains to maximise impact.
- Work as an individual contributor with limited supervision to meet targets.
- Develop knowledge and skills required for current job responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant external (legal, tax) and internal stewardship requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations or market strategy planning.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret market data.
- Excellent communication skills.
