Senior Scientist – Beverage Application

About the role

As a Senior Scientist you will be a key contributor to ADM Nutrition’s beverage application laboratory, driving the development of finished beverage solutions and ensuring customer projects are delivered on time, safely, and in line with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of ADM Nutrition’s product and service portfolio.
• Create, produce, and adapt taste samples, modifying ADM products to meet specific customer requirements and releasing them for evaluation.
• Work confidently with fine chemicals while maintaining precise, disciplined, and safe laboratory practices.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally across EMEA, including with development headquarters in Germany, other application labs, and commercial teams.
• Coordinate multiple customer projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient execution and clear communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science & Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in beverage product development and applications.
• Proven success in a B2B environment with strong knowledge of product processing and ingredient interactions.
• Excellent project management abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic with strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Passion for innovative solutions and staying ahead of beverage market trends.
