Senior Service Crew

About the role

The Senior Service Crew member is responsible for generating sales and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced restaurant environment. The role also supports operational duties such as housekeeping and visual presentation standards as assigned by store management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a positive first impression by maintaining a clean appearance, tidy parking area, and inviting dining room.
• Follow the "Always Fresh" procedure to ensure coffee and products are fresh and accurately prepared.
• Deliver consistent guest service using the S.E.T. principles: Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You.
• Greet every guest within 5 seconds at the front counter or drive‑through and maintain speed‑of‑service targets.
• Accurately process orders, verify product availability, and record temperatures in the Time & Temperature Log.
• Participate in store meetings, uphold restaurant policies, and keep the front counter clean and stocked.
• Handle cash, credit, vouchers and issue receipts, refunds or change correctly while maintaining a tidy checkout area.
• Comply with occupational health and safety legislation, use personal protective equipment, and report any incidents.
