Senior Site Architect (Site Supervision)

About the role

Kling Consult International is seeking a Senior Site Architect to join its Dubai office on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role involves leading architectural design, managing project delivery and integrating various building components for high‑end hospitality projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine architectural designs for 5‑star hotel projects.
• Oversee site supervision and ensure compliance with design intent.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams and external stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Integrate architectural components and resolve technical issues on‑site.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in architecture, with at least 5 years on luxury hospitality projects.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
