Senior Site Engineer – Façade

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Site Engineer specialized in façade works to deliver consultancy services, execute projects and support business development for our clients across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee façade installation activities on‑site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Conduct routine quality‑control inspections, monitor workmanship and verify that installation methods meet contractual and quality standards.
• Witness and supervise façade performance testing (water and air infiltration, structural integrity) and confirm functional and safety compliance.
• Prepare detailed site reports, track progress and document any deviations or non‑conformities.

Required profile

• BE or equivalent engineering degree.
• 4–8 years of experience in façade engineering, site supervision and quality control.
• Proven problem‑solving, decision‑making and communication abilities.
• Awareness of health and safety regulations and testing/compliance procedures.

• CAD software.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• PDF handling.
