Senior Site Engineer – Villa Project

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Site Engineer to lead the construction of a luxury high‑end villa development in the United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for overseeing all on‑site activities, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily site operations for villa construction.
• Coordinate civil, architectural, structural, MEP, and finishing works.
• Verify that work follows approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and the project schedule.
• Review drawings, identify discrepancies, and resolve technical issues before execution.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, productivity, and quality compliance.
• Conduct inspections, obtain consultant approvals, and prepare progress reports.
• Handle RFIs, snagging, testing, commissioning, and hand‑over activities.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE requirements and site procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of site experience, preferably on villa or high‑end residential projects.
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong coordination and subcontractor management skills.
• Experience working with consultants and client representatives.
