Senior Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a technically strong Lead Site Reliability Engineer to own and operate production infrastructure for a regulated digital‑asset platform. This hands‑on role requires deep expertise in cloud, Kubernetes, and security operations within a fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own production cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead incident response, root‑cause analysis, monitoring and observability.
• Manage backup/restore, business continuity and disaster‑recovery processes.
• Control IAM/PAM, access management and privileged‑access workflows.
• Coordinate with outsourced CISO, SOC and other security partners.
• Handle vulnerability remediation and penetration‑test findings.
• Maintain security and operational controls together with audit evidence.
• Support wallet/custody operations and related technology controls when required.

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands‑on SRE, DevOps, DevSecOps or platform engineering experience.
• 2+ years in fintech, banking, brokerage, exchange or another regulated environment.
• Strong production experience with AWS or an equivalent cloud platform.
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code.
• Proven track record of managing production incidents and conducting RCA.
• Experience with disaster‑recovery, RTO/RPO and tested backup/restore processes.
• Experience working with outsourced CISO, SOC or managed security providers.
• Comfortable owning technical documentation and audit/control evidence.
