Senior Software Engineer

About the role

Myron, a funded FinTech startup building a real‑time, blockchain‑enabled financing platform, is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to work directly with the CTO. You will help shape the architecture of a fast‑moving product that continuously verifies assets and settles financing on‑chain.

Key responsibilities

• Drive architectural decisions across the Myron platform.
• Write and ship production‑grade TypeScript code daily.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, enforcing coding standards.
• Collaborate with the founding finance team and Santa Tech’s global engineering talent.
• Maintain a clean, scalable codebase while supporting rapid product iteration.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional software development experience, primarily with TypeScript.
• Proven experience leading small engineering teams.
• Strong interest in the business logic behind financial products.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
