Senior Software Engineer

About the role

Myron, a funded FinTech startup, is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to serve as the engineering right‑hand to the CTO. You will drive technical execution across the Myron platform, make architecture decisions, write production code daily, and mentor junior engineers while keeping the codebase clean and fast‑moving.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the platform architecture to support real‑time data intelligence and on‑chain financing.
• Write high‑quality production code in TypeScript/NestJS on a daily basis.
• Mentor and lead a small engineering team, enforcing coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team and Santa Tech’s global engineering talent.
• Ensure the codebase remains maintainable while delivering new features rapidly.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional software development experience, primarily with TypeScript.
• Proven experience leading small engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of why code is written, not just how.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical foundation.
• Background in the FinTech industry is preferred.
