Senior Solution Architect – Banking (Digital & Corporate)

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect to join our Architecture team in Dubai. The role focuses on designing and delivering secure, resilient, and high‑performing solutions for Digital Products and Corporate Assisted Banking initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the architecture and solution design of complex enterprise applications across digital banking and corporate services.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, reliable, and high‑performance technical solutions.
• Develop end‑to‑end solution designs, high‑level designs, architecture patterns, and technical specifications for backend, frontend, APIs, mobile apps, microservices, message brokers, and event‑streaming platforms.
• Participate in or lead architecture activities for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles and standards.
• Define and evaluate architectural design principles, patterns, and approaches, articulating benefits, limitations, and trade‑offs.
• Create and maintain architecture standards, guidelines, patterns, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal technology teams, business stakeholders, delivery teams, and subsidiaries to ensure effective solution design and implementation.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the solution lifecycle, from requirements through delivery.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in banking and financial services, including accounting, payments, lending, credit products, and preferably corporate banking.
• Proven ability to design secure, resilient, reliable, scalable, and high‑performing solutions.
• Strong solution‑oriented thinking and the capacity to balance functional requirements with user experience.
• Senior‑level expertise with a track record of leading architecture initiatives.
