Senior Solution Architect Middle East

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join our Middle East team in Dubai. You will guide enterprise customers through the design, deployment and operationalisation of our Kubernetes and AI platforms, helping them modernise infrastructure for the AI era.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and partner teams to understand customer requirements and propose end‑to‑end solutions using Palette, Palette Vertex and PaletteAI.
• Lead technical workshops, proof‑of‑concepts and architecture reviews across telecom, healthcare, finance and public‑sector organisations.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey, from discovery to production deployment and ongoing optimisation.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to shape roadmap and reusable solution patterns.
• Travel across the Middle East as needed to support on‑site engagements.

Required profile

• Extensive experience designing and delivering Kubernetes‑based solutions at scale.
• Strong understanding of cloud‑native architectures and AI/ML workload requirements.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineering and executive audiences.
• Track record of influencing sales outcomes and driving product adoption.
