Senior Structural Engineer – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Provide structural engineering services, including design review, for building and infrastructure projects in the UAE and internationally. Coordinate project details with clients and authorities, attend site visits and meetings, and identify business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the highest quality work to SOCOTEC clients within agreed timeframes.
• Ensure work complies with client requirements, SOCOTEC policies, and relevant codes.
• Conduct document review, supervision, audit and assessment of staff to assure quality.
• Report accidents, incidents, near‑misses and promote a safe workplace.

Required profile

• Degree in Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Experience with local Abu Dhabi codes and regulations, including the MePS system.
• ADM Engineer's License Card is preferred.
