Senior Structural Engineer

About the role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join its Building Structures team in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality structural designs across concept, preliminary and detailed stages for a variety of building projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed structural designs from schematic concepts under senior guidance.
• Coordinate with architectural, civil, geotechnical and MEP disciplines to ensure integrated solutions.
• Perform design reviews, quality assurance and compliance checks against local and international codes.
• Mentor graduates, technicians and administrative staff, reviewing their work for accuracy.
• Apply Safe by Design principles and CDM legislation throughout project delivery.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Structural Engineering.
• 8‑10 years of relevant experience in building structures.
• Experience with American and Canadian standards is a plus.
• Working towards chartership (PEng, IStructE, ICE) and proficiency in French (read/write) are desirable.
