Senior Structural Engineer UAE

About the role

Join Sener’s UAE team to lead the structural design and technical delivery of complex railway infrastructure and large‑scale building structures in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Lead production, coordination and technical review of structural designs for Rail & Metro projects from concept to IFC stage.
• Design structural systems for railway buildings and infrastructure, including reinforced concrete and steel structures.
• Prepare, review and approve calculations, drawings, specifications and technical reports.
• Ensure designs are robust, constructible, coordinated and compliant with standards.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Civil, MEP, Geotechnical, Track, Rail Systems and other disciplines.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary design reviews, workshops, constructability and value‑engineering activities.
• Resolve complex design issues and coordination conflicts.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the structural design team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 11–14 years of structural engineering experience, with mandatory Rail & Metro design experience.
• Proven experience designing large‑scale building structures using reinforced concrete and steel.
• Demonstrated ability to lead design production and technical reviews across multiple stages.
