Senior System Administrator – Microsoft Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a Senior System Administrator with deep hands‑on expertise in Microsoft infrastructure to join our team. The role involves managing, maintaining and optimizing enterprise‑grade Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring high availability and security.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, including OS patching, upgrades and performance monitoring.
• Manage Active Directory Domain Services – users, groups, OUs, domain controllers and related GPOs.
• Configure and support DNS, DHCP and Group Policy across the network.
• Maintain File and Print Servers and associated services.
• Implement and support Windows Server clustering and high‑availability solutions.
• Use SCCM/MECM for software deployment, patch management and endpoint administration.
• Provide tier‑2/3 support for Microsoft 365 services and related administration.
• Monitor system health, capacity, availability and ensure compliance with security standards.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Windows Server in enterprise environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
• Proven experience with SCCM or MECM for software and patch management.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with File/Print Services and Windows Server clustering.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
