Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

BJAK is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring across multiple functions and regions as the company scales globally. You will own the full recruitment cycle, ensuring roles are filled quickly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Run recruitment end‑to‑end for assigned roles, from posting to offer.
• Take detailed briefs from hiring managers and provide market‑based feedback.
• Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards and proactive outreach.
• Map the talent market and build pipelines before roles open.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and give hiring managers clear status updates.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a fast, transparent candidate experience.
• Continuously improve screening quality, hiring processes and employer branding.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in talent acquisition, in‑house, agency, executive search or staffing.
• Proven ability to manage several roles in parallel against tight deadlines.
• Strong sourcing skills, including finding passive candidates.
• Fast, efficient work style without relying on long hours.
• Experience hiring for both corporate and tech functions.
• Startup or high‑growth environment background; agency experience preferred.
• Fluent English; additional languages (Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Japanese) are a plus.
