Senior Tax Consultant – UAE

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Tax Consultant to join our tax advisory team in the UAE. The role will focus on delivering strategic tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to a diverse client base across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tax advisory services covering corporate tax, VAT and international tax planning.
• Lead tax compliance projects and ensure timely filing of tax returns.
• Conduct tax health checks and risk assessments for clients.
• Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact.
• Develop tax‑efficient structures for new business setups and expansions.
• Stay updated on UAE tax regulations and communicate changes to clients.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Prepare technical tax memorandums and advisory reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience in tax consulting or advisory roles.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CA or CTA preferred.
• Experience with UAE corporate tax and VAT regulations.
• Experience working with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) systems.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English.

• Proficiency with tax software.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Experience using FTA electronic filing platforms.
