Senior Technical Coordinator

About the role

The Senior Technical Coordinator – Architecture will lead the technical coordination of luxury villa and residential property projects for Ohana Development. This position bridges design intent with on‑site execution, ensuring that every architectural element complies with local codes and project standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural design and technical documentation across multiple projects.
• Review and validate drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for compliance with standards and UAE regulations.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support during construction phases.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of design changes and approvals.
• Drive process improvements and streamline design coordination workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• 15‑20 years of experience in architectural coordination within contracting or consultancy firms.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and UAE regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
