Senior Technical Trainer Instructor

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Trainer Instructor to join Cummins’ Service Sales Department in Dubai. You will lead the delivery of high‑impact technical training on Cummins products and systems, helping technicians and service personnel improve repair accuracy and service efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design and facilitate engaging training sessions covering services, maintenance and diagnostics.
• Forecast training demand, develop structured training plans aligned with business priorities.
• Provide ongoing technical support and coaching to distributors, dealers and customers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training materials reflecting the latest product updates and policies.
• Measure training effectiveness through feedback and field performance, and continuously improve delivery.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives and ensure accurate training records.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and able to communicate in French, Russian or Arabic.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Proactive self‑development mindset and adaptability to diverse audiences.
• Relevant technical education (college or university) and intermediate‑level experience in technical training.
