Senior Technical Trainer

About the role

As a Senior Technical Trainer on Unity’s Professional Training team, you will empower customers and partners across the Middle East by delivering high‑impact technical education. You will work with both virtual and face‑to‑face formats, travel as needed, and become a go‑to authority for Unity‑based training.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led training that meets Unity standards and drives positive customer feedback.
• Develop and maintain training plans, course outlines, and scenario‑based materials aligned with market needs.
• Identify key training requirements across industries and create tailored content.
• Collaborate with the production team to keep training content up‑to‑date and ready for delivery.
• Stay current with Unity product releases, features, and roadmap.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering technical training in Unity to professional learners.
• Background using Unity in a production environment.
• Experience designing and delivering courses for professional audiences.
• Unity Certified at the Professional level (Programmer or 3D Artist).
• Fluency in Arabic and strong understanding of Middle Eastern business culture.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
