Service Manager MEA

About the role

Bobcat is seeking a Service Manager for the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region to strengthen dealer service capabilities and drive technical excellence. You will act as the primary liaison between Bobcat and its dealer network, ensuring high customer satisfaction and robust after‑sales performance across a diverse geography.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and support dealers, design and deliver training programmes, and onboard new partners to foster continuous improvement.
• Provide proactive technical support to minimise machine downtime and ensure efficient case resolution.
• Champion maintenance contracts, warranty extensions, genuine parts sales and telematics initiatives to boost customer loyalty.
• Oversee warranty accounts, field modifications and monitor key performance indicators for dealer compliance and performance.

Required profile

• Solid technical background in machinery, hydraulics, electrical systems and engines, preferably with a bachelor’s degree in mechanics or equivalent.
• Proven hands‑on experience in aftermarket service within dealer networks.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities for both technical and business audiences.
• Commercial acumen to drive warranty sales and loyalty programmes.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%) across the Middle East and Africa.
