About the role

Under direct supervision, the Service Operator assists the Service Supervisor throughout all phases of slickline operations, from equipment preparation to well‑site service execution and post‑job cleanup.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and test slickline equipment, assemble and mobilize tools for each job.
Perform slickline services at the well site under guidance.
Handle post‑job demobilization, clean‑up, and repair of service equipment.
Repair and redress well pressure control equipment for subsequent jobs.
Document processes in accordance with HMS requirements and follow all HSE policies.

Required profile

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
Basic mathematical, reading and writing skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Team‑oriented mindset with a desire to develop into a Service Specialist.

Required skills

Knowledge of slickline tools and related products.
WPCE operation and maintenance.
Understanding of slickline unit operation (engine, drivetrain, hydraulics) and minor unit maintenance.
Basic computer skills.
