Service Technician

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Service Technician to join Otis Elevator’s team in Dubai. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on elevators and escalators to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues in elevators and escalators.
• Perform repairs and routine maintenance on elevator and escalator systems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance (PPM) to maintain optimal performance and safety.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service.

Required profile

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or B.Tech.
• 5‑8 years of experience in the elevator and escalator industry.
• Strong knowledge of elevator and escalator components and systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair techniques.
• Understanding of safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
