Services Sales Development Representative III

About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is looking for a Services Sales Development Representative III to drive new service revenue across the EMEA region for the Chemical Analysis Division. The role focuses on acquiring new business, expanding service agreement coverage and supporting revenue growth from existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to generate new service revenue and increase market penetration.
• Identify, qualify and engage prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, social selling and meetings.
• Convert time‑and‑material and out‑of‑warranty customers to Service Agreements.
• Generate proactive spares revenue and support service opportunities linked to new instrument placements.
• Collaborate with Product Sales, Field Service, Service Marketing and other commercial teams to build a qualified pipeline.
• Manage renewal planning and ensure timely completion of existing Service Agreement renewals.
