Shift Supervisor – Quick Service Restaurant (UAE)

About the role

The Shift Supervisor will lead daily operations of a quick‑service restaurant in the United Arab Emirates. Reporting to the outlet manager, the supervisor ensures smooth service during assigned shifts, maintains quality and hygiene standards, and supports the team in delivering a consistent guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all activities during the assigned shift, including food preparation, service, and cash handling.
• Manage and motivate front‑of‑house staff to meet performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant restaurant experience in a quick‑service environment.
• Ability to read and write English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to work in any location across the UAE and to relocate as required.
