Shoot Coordinator

About the role

The Shoot Coordinator ensures the smooth and efficient running of daily apparel shoots for Namshi’s e‑commerce platform. This role involves directing models, photographers and stylists, selecting images for the website, and meeting daily targets and KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage studio timings to maximise productive use of working hours.
• Ensure models and crew are ready and on set at scheduled start times and after breaks.
• Communicate daily targets to the studio team and drive performance to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Direct models, photographers and stylists to capture the best product shots.
• Select and code images on set, applying a keen eye for composition, pose and product visibility.
• Maintain a calm, positive atmosphere in a fast‑paced environment and troubleshoot ad‑hoc issues.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for fashion imagery.
• Proven experience in an e‑commerce studio environment.
• Results‑oriented with the ability to adapt to change.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Capture One software.
