About the role

The SINYAR Explorer Programme offers a unique, paid, part‑time experience that bridges theory with real‑world insurance practice. Designed for ambitious Emirati talent, the six‑month programme combines structured learning, workplace exposure and mentorship to help participants build confidence and a professional network.

Key responsibilities

• Attend industry‑led technical training sessions.
• Rotate across different business functions to gain cross‑functional exposure.
• Develop professional and workplace skills through hands‑on projects.
• Receive mentorship from experienced insurance professionals.
• Complete a 4‑hour daily schedule (Monday‑Friday) over a six‑month period.
• Work onsite at the Orient Insurance Building, Dubai Festival City.

Required profile

• UAE national with a high school diploma (not currently enrolled in university).
• Diploma or university students seeking practical experience.
• Fresh graduates who are not currently employed.
