Site Administrator Engineer

About the role

Utopia Design is seeking a proactive Site Administrator Engineer to support on‑ground teams delivering high‑end luxury accommodation projects in Dubai. You will lead daily reporting, gather data from Site Engineers, and ensure all documentation is up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Enter daily report data into construction software, covering weather, personnel, equipment, work completed, deliveries, inspections, safety issues and delays.
• Organise technical documentation, project plans and reports for easy access.
• Verify compliance with safety, industry and company standards.
• Analyse operational problems and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Step in for the Site Engineer when required, attend high‑level meetings and contribute to strategic decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, variations and inspection outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 3‑5 years of experience in construction site roles such as Inspector, Project Engineer, Field Engineer or Site Supervisor.
• Completed at least two full‑cycle projects, preferably in tourist or luxury residential sectors.
• Proven track record in luxury villa or high‑end residential construction.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Procore or similar construction software.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations and construction practices.
