Site Construction Supervisor

About the role

The Site Construction Supervisor will oversee daily construction activities at our Dubai projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Reporting to senior management, you will coordinate resources, logistics, and technical inputs to keep the site running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure work is conducted within the set time schedule.
• Handle tool and materials inventory for each project.
• Generate necessary reports and present them to management.
• Analyze deliverables prepared by the team.
• Monitor project expenditures, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to meet the construction budget.
• Plan the sequence of works and ensure provision of materials.
• Manage logistics of supplies at the site.
• Provide technical input concerning design, construction, or required modifications.
• Plan delivery of needed materials and labor requests.
• Resolve site problems as they arise.
• Maintain complete, current project documentation and proper storage.
• Control use of resources and ensure all necessary materials are available.
• Perform any other tasks as required.

Required profile

• Civil Engineering degree from a recognized university.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of building construction methods.
• Good organizational and planning abilities.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
