Site Engineer (Civil) – High‑Rise & Residential Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer (Civil) to lead the execution of a high‑rise residential building in Dubai. The role involves overseeing all civil works on‑site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day civil construction activities, including structural, architectural, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and the project team to maintain smooth execution and adherence to schedule.
• Monitor progress against the approved programme, identify issues and propose practical solutions.
• Ensure all works comply with Dubai Municipality requirements and UAE construction standards.
• Manage inspections, approvals, NCR closure, snagging and consultant comments.
• Prepare and update daily/weekly progress reports for the Project Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of construction experience in the UAE, preferably on G+12 or higher high‑rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and UAE construction standards.
• Proven ability to coordinate structural, architectural and MEP drawings and resolve design conflicts.
