Site Engineer – Concrete Repair

About the role

The Site Engineer will lead the technical execution of concrete repair projects from start to finish, ensuring that designs are applied correctly on site and any technical issues are resolved promptly. This role combines hands‑on supervision with coordination of subcontractors, quality control, and client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all technical aspects of concrete repair works on the construction site.
• Monitor daily site activities, manage manpower, equipment, and material usage to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and verify that subcontractors follow approved procedures.
• Review plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy and ensure work aligns with specifications.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and surveyors, providing regular progress updates.
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, including progress, material usage, and labor timesheets.
• Update daily work schedules, coordinate with the main contractor, and plan next‑day activities.
• Provide technical feedback, interpret blueprints, and recommend solutions to unexpected site problems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar site engineering role.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
